You can integrate Hotjar, a webpage heatmaps and behavior analytics tool, with Checkify+ to track buyer interactions during the checkout process. The integration allows you to monitor customer behavior via Hotjar recordings on the following pages:
The checkout page: see what buyers do on your checkout once they land on it.
The order confirmation (Thank You) page: understand behavior of your customers once they finish the main purchase and view their order information (the confirmation screen).
Hotjar tracks the following actions of customers depending on the device they have been using when opening a specific page:

β
1. Log in to your Hotjar account and go to Heatmaps from the Analytics menu on the left.
2. Select New Heatmap.
3. Add the name of your heatmap depending on the page you want to track. For example, you can begin with creating a Checkout Page heatmap. Then, click Next to continue.
4. Select the number of page views recorded, depending on your Hotjar subscription plan. Then, click Next to continue.
5. Page Targeting - if you want to target the Checkout page or the Thank You page in general, you need to select the Similar pages option. Then, from the drop-down field, select "URL Contains" and add the following part, depending on the page you want to target:
- A checkout page URL - /checkout
