Checkify+ streamlines the management of abandoned checkouts. Customers can take advantage of the built-in functionality and also connect powerful third-party services for the same purpose through Checkify integrations, or use custom scripts.
In this guide, we will highlight the available native features and share some best practices.
1. Columns overview
The abandoned checkouts are presented in the table mode, with newest on the top. Click the arrow next to any column name to sort if needed.
The buyer must enter at least one contact method (either an email address or a phone number), which Checkify+ must capture. Additionally, the checkout page must remain open and incomplete for a period of time, typically around 30 minutes. If these conditions are met, the checkout is considered abandoned and is recorded in the table for potential recovery actions.
Once a purchase is completed from the checkout, it will disappear from the table and appear under the 'Orders' tab.
1. Checkout ID

5. Total amount
